Alex and Dorian met during the global quarantine of 2020. Dorian was conducting a pet social experiment in which she asked strangers to video chat from the bathtub, and Alex was chosen as a lucky participant.


They connected immediately, and soon started dating. Through camping trips, traveling, playing mini golf, going to arcades, running strange errands in their convertible, and creating the world’s first batch of Lil’ Diablo dessert sauce, they found they enjoyed each other’s company immensely while doing pretty much anything.


They moved in together in 2021, and have resided in Philadelphia with their beloved pets ever since.


Dorian and Alex expressed to one another that they both knew they were likely to spend their lives together early on in their relationship. Alex then stated aloud that he would officially like for this to be the case as they revisited the Long Wharf in Boston (commemorating a particularly memorable night they spent there two years prior).


Alex and Dorian are to be wed on October 12th 2025 at Cira Green rooftop park. They cannot wait for their friends and family to join them for a playful start to the next chapter of their lives.
